Each room has a kettle with a welcome tray offering teas, coffees, hot chocolate, bottled water, and snacks.

Dining Options

A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. The property accommodates guests with food intolerances upon request. There is no onsite restaurant, but the Newington area features multiple dining options including a micro-brewery and various local eateries.

Located in the Newington area on Edinburgh's south side, the guest house is a 20-minute walk from Edinburgh's Old Town and the Royal Mile.
